Southern Showcase Sports isn't just another weekend on the schedule — we're the tournament you circle first. We blend tight, professional operations with real Southern hospitality so that players, coaches, and families actually enjoy the grind of travel ball, not just endure it.
Southern Showcase Sports was built by coaches and parents who've lived the long weekends, late games, and endless travel that come with competitive baseball and softball. We know how much time, money, and emotion your families invest, and we treat every event like it matters — because it does.
We focus on three things above all: clear communication, fair competition, and a fun, memorable experience for every team that walks through the gate. When you play with us, you know where to be, when to be there, and what to expect. No guessing, no chaos — just ball.

We believe every team deserves to know exactly what to expect before they ever pull into the parking lot. Here's how we determine who's eligible and how the game is played.
Eligibility
SSS AGE ELIGIBILITY
All age divisions are determined by Southern Showcase Sports eligibility standards. Rosters must be accurate and submitted prior to play. Players must meet the birth date requirement for their division.
Fall 2026 — August through December
- 8UBorn 1/1/2017 or after
- 10UBorn 1/1/2015 or after
- 12UBorn 1/1/2013 or after
- 14UBorn 1/1/2011 or after
- 16UBorn 1/1/2009 or after

In-Game Rules
SSS RULEBOOK
All games at Southern Showcase Sports events are played under the official SSS rulebook. Our umpires enforce the rules consistently across every division so coaches and players always know what to expect.
No surprises, no house rules — just the game played the right way. The full SSS rulebook will be published here soon.
What this means on the field
- ▸ Pitch count and rest rules apply by division
- ▸ Mercy rules, time limits, and tiebreakers are published per event
- ▸ Rule disputes are settled by the SSS rulebook on site
Rewards for Committing Early

We know early registration takes planning, money, and trust — so we reward it.
For every tournament we host, teams that register by the early registration deadline will be entered into a drawing for 50% off their registration fee for that event.
One team will be drawn live on the day of the tournament, right at the park, so everyone can see it happen. It's our way of saying thank you for committing early, helping us plan better events, and believing in what Southern Showcase Sports is building.
And we don't stop there — the Gold Bracket champion receives a full refund of their entry fee after the tournament is over. Win the bracket, get your money back. That's how much we believe in rewarding teams that show up and compete.

Early Payment Discount
Submit full payment at least 2 weeks before the event and receive $25 off your entry fee. Applies to all age groups, every tournament.
Early Registration Drawing
Teams that register by the early deadline are entered in a live drawing at the park. One winner per event receives 50% off their entry fee — drawn in front of everyone.
Gold Bracket Champion Refund
Win the Gold Bracket and we refund your full entry fee. Win the bracket, get your money back. That's how much we believe in rewarding teams that compete.
$400

Automatic $25 discount applied to every tournament entry — no early payment deadline required.
Member teams are guaranteed access to video replay review (beta) on every game at equipped events.
Multiple age groups from the same organization? Save $50 per additional team on the annual membership fee.
Members get first access to register for new tournaments before spots open to the public.
Member organizations are recognized at our events as official SSS partners.

A Note on Technology & Fair Play
VIDEO REVIEW — TESTING PHASE
While all of our tournaments are played under the rules of our governing bodies, we want to be transparent with our teams and families: we may be testing video equipment at certain tournaments for the purpose of umpire call reviews and/or other in-game challenges.
This is new territory for us and we are only in the testing phase. We ask for your patience as we work through the process — we all want games to be fair, and that's exactly why we're exploring this. Umpires are human and can make bad calls. Only one man has ever walked this earth who is perfect, and His name is Jesus.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we pursue every possible way to make Southern Showcase Sports events the fairest, most professional experience in the region.
